Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di MEGAVISION FOCUS SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and prepare materials for outsourcing based on Manufacturing Orders (MO).
• Compile, file, and maintain related production documents such as MO, OPR, and other relevant records.
• Liaise with the Planner Team regarding material shortages and follow up on material availability.
• Check, monitor, and update stationery and First Aid items for the production department.
• Support outsourcing activities whenever required.
• Identify production efficiency issues and propose improvement actions.
• Submit reports on production performance, progress, and material status.
• Follow up on material status for production requirements.
• Update daily attendance records in WhatsApp and Excel file.
• Issue OPR for every product scheduled to run in production, including IQC and TED requirements.
• Perform production transactions in the system accurately and on time.
• Liaise with Warehouse Personnel for items required by the production team.
• Ensure all information and instructions from Management are properly communicated to the downline team.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s ISO 9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Supervise, control, and monitor production staff to ensure discipline, productivity, attendance, and work performance are properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or supervisory roles will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Management teams.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or Quality Management System will be an added advantage.
