Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated leader to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic and operational excellence of the center. This position requires a dynamic individual who combines strong academic leadership with effective operational management and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive, professional, and student-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Academic Leadership & Quality

*Direct all academic programs, ensure teaching standards, and monitor curriculum delivery.

*Conduct classroom observations, mentor teachers, and support lesson planning.

*Develop academic policies, review student progress, and manage assessment standards.

Staff Management & Development

*Lead, recruit, train, onboard, and evaluate teaching and administrative teams.

*Conduct annual performance appraisals and coordinate professional development activities.

Operations & Compliance

*Oversee day-to-day center operations, schedules, and resource/facility utilization.

*Liaise with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

*Coordinate documentation for quality management systems (ISO) and academic audits.

Student & Strategic Relations

*Promote a student-focused culture and handle parent/agent concerns promptly.

*Partner with senior management and marketing to support strategic student recruitment and retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Qualifications & Experience

*Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, TESOL, English, Linguistics, or Business Administration (Master's is an advantage).

*Experience: Min. 5 years in education, including 3+ years in an academic management/leadership role.

*Assets: Experience with multicultural teams, language center environments, and regulatory bodies.

*Strong understanding of ESL/EFL programs and digital learning tools. Exceptional leadership, multi-priority problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Adaptable, proactive, collaborative, and solutions oriented in a fast-paced setting.
