We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our storeroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized storage area, handling incoming and outgoing goods, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring proper storage of pumps, filters, spare parts, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized storeroom at all times.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices.
- Store materials, equipment, and spare parts in designated locations according to company procedures.
- Prepare, pack, and issue stock items for internal use, service teams, or customer orders.
- Assist the Administration Department with inventory tracking, stock record updates, and inventory-related documentation.
- Support periodic stock counts and report any stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of pumps, filters, spare parts, and related equipment.
- Label, organize, and maintain proper identification of all inventory items.
- Monitor the condition of stored items and report damaged, missing, or obsolete stock.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Coordinate with administration, sales, and technical teams regarding stock requirements and stock availability.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, filters, and related industrial equipment.
- Physically fit and capable of handling, lifting, and moving heavy goods, including pumps, filters, motors, and spare parts.
- Comfortable performing manual work and handling materials on a daily basis.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, storeroom, or inventory-related role.
- Experience handling industrial, mechanical, water treatment, or engineering products.
- Ability to operate a forklift.

Working Day
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Saturday 9am to 3pm (Alternate)
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
No smoking in the storeroom
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
