Job Title: Store Keeper
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage and oversee the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper storage of goods, and supporting efficient stock movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
- Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Prepare and fulfill orders for internal use or customer delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams on stock requirements
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle physical workload when required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or inventory software)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in stockeeping
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and best practices
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
