The Operations Executive supports the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant business activities. This role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers, handling operational processes, and assisting management in improving workflows and service standards.

Key Responsibilities



Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure business continuity


Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers


Process and monitor operational documents such as orders, delivery schedules, invoices, and reports


Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements


Track inventory, logistics, or service workflows as assigned


Handle operational issues and assist in resolving them promptly


Prepare basic reports and updates for management review


Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control


Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned
