Tanggungjawab

  • Responsible for Ready-to-Wear (Apparels) merchandise replenishment, allocation & consolidation
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders including both Retail outlets and franchises enquiries completely, accurately and feedback on time.
  • Plan, implement, manage and drive a Retail Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed KPIs and objectives.
  • Develop & track sales analysis to monitor the product's sales performance and provide insight for buying plan.
  • Drive the process and overall sign-off for delivering the optimum retail assortment to drive sell- through and reach financial targets.
  • Assortment planning based on store zoning to provide quantified buying strategy which aligns with marketing highlight and brand image.
  • Ensure inventory level are maintained in line with budget, OTB, and sell-through targets.
  • Determine the need for and implement product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
  • Ensure products are displayed in an attractive and presentable manner.
  • Optimise visual display of products and ensuring their availability in retail outlets.
  • Analyse market trends and product compatibility with the target audiences.
  • Compile information on the performance of a product in retail stores.
  • Work with VM Team to ensure that proper level of stock is maintained and merchandises are displayed appropriately and favourable shelf placement.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required within timeline.



Requiremen

  • tBachelor Degree in Fashion Design/ Fashion Marketing or related fiel
  • dHave a strong passion for brands and the fashion industry. Always keep up to date with the latest trend
  • sFast learner, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • sExcellent analytical skills, planning & organizing skills, attention to detail
  • sSelf-motivated, proactive, positive attitude, result driven and able to work well under pressur
