The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches

n.Responsibilitie

s:1. Application & Workflow Developme

nt• Design, develop, and deploy applications, workflows, forms, and business rules using OpenText AppWork

s.• Build and maintain case management solutions and low code application

s.• Implement workflow automation to streamline business processe

s.2. Integrati

on• Integrate AppWorks applications with external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web service

s.• Connect AppWorks solutions with Content Server, directory services (OTDS/LDAP/AD), and other OpenText product

s.3. Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenan

ce• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AppWorks application

s.• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure application stabilit

y.• Support deployment of releases, patches, and hotfixe

s.4. Collaboration & Documentati

on• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution

s.• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and operational guideline

s.• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code review
