Job Title: Assistant – Insurance Operations (Operations)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Summary

We are hiring an Assistant – Insurance Operations to support insurance transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, credit management, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves working closely with brokers, insurers, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash settlements, reconciliations, trade executions, and disbursements.
• Coordinate with brokers, insurers, clients, and fiduciary teams on outstanding documentation, debts, and commissions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly operational reports.
• Support credit risk analysis and assessment activities.
• Reconcile credit files and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage data entry and data maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support process improvements and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Credit Management, Finance, Operations, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
