Job DescriptionAIDC IT Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer


Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced AIDC IT Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer to support AI data center infrastructure operations, GPU server deployment, and daily maintenance activities. The role requires strong hands-on experience in data center environments, GPU servers, rack and stack activities, cabling, and infrastructure troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI and GPU infrastructure.
  • Conduct rack and stack activities for servers, switches, storage, and related equipment.
  • Install, route, dress, and label copper and fiber cabling according to standards.
  • Support GPU server deployment, hardware replacement, and system maintenance.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and component replacement (CPU, memory, SSD, NIC, GPU, PSU, etc.).
  • Execute preventive maintenance and health checks on IT infrastructure equipment.
  • Support server power-on, burn-in testing, and hardware validation.
  • Assist with incident response and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and maintenance reports.
  • Work closely with customers, vendors, and project teams during deployment and maintenance activities.
  • Support 24×7 operations and participate in shift rotation or on-call duty when required.
  • Travel to customer sites and data centers when necessary.

    • RequirementsEducation
    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Network Engineering, or related field.
    Experience
    • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure support, or maintenance services.
    • Hands-on experience working inside data center environments.
    • Experience with rack and stack activities.
    • Experience with structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, and cable management.
    • Experience supporting enterprise servers and storage systems.
    • Experience with GPU servers or AI infrastructure is highly preferred.

    • Technical Skills
    • Server hardware troubleshooting.
    • GPU server maintenance and support.
    • Rack and stack deployment.
    • Copper and fiber cabling installation.
    • Hardware diagnostics and component replacement.
    • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, VLAN).
    • Basic Linux and Windows server knowledge.
    • Familiarity with DCIM, ticketing, or asset management systems.
    • Understanding of ESD and data center safety procedures.

    • Preferred Experience
    • AI Data Center (AIDC) experience.
    • NVIDIA GPU platforms such as H100, H200, B200, or B300.
    • Experience with InfiniBand or high-speed Ethernet networks.
    • Knowledge of liquid cooling systems is an advantage.
    • Experience supporting HPC or AI clusters.
    • Experience with multi-vendor environments.
