This is a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3/4) is an architect-level strategic role acting as the ultimate technical authority for core platforms, cloud infrastructure, and system advanced engineering. The primary goal is ensuring IT infrastructure operational resilience across multiple technology domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Apps, Collaboration). This role acts as the final tier of escalation (4th line support) for complex, cross-platform incidents, while defining multi-year system strategies and automation standards

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategy: Define multi-year cloud infrastructure roadmaps; design fault-tolerant SRE patterns, automated failover, and Disaster Recovery (DR); manage multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters.
• Escalation & SLA Management: Act as the ultimate escalation tier for complex, cross-platform incidents failing L3 resolution; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure strict SLA compliance.
• Automation & IaC: Write/audit mission-critical Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Go); standardize GitOps and CI/CD pipelines to eliminate manual toil.
• Governance & Leadership: Mentor junior/senior engineering teams and document knowledge for lower-tier pushdown; audit infrastructure code, ticketing quality, and change management risks.

Core Requirements & Attributes

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent practical experience.
• Soft Skills: High-pressure adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and a client-first mindset.
• Process Mastery: Strong proficiency in formal risk mitigation and Change Management.

Technical Tool Stack

• Cloud / Virtualization: VMware (vSphere, vRA, Horizon VDI, SRM), AWS, Microsoft Azure.
• DevOps / Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, SUSE Rancher, Ansible, GitLab (CI/CD), Terraform.
• Storage & Backup: Veeam, Rubrik, Hitachi (HDS/HCP), NetApp.
• Security & Identity: CyberArk (EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA), Opswat, NeuVector, Active Directory.
• OS & Core Infrastructure: Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server (WSUS), OpenGear Console.
• Monitoring & Analytics: Splunk Enterprise, Grafana, Nvidia AI.
