Responsibilities

You will have experience in creating detailed architectural models using advanced software tools. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models of data center buildings and components using software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to ensure models accurately represent the intended design.
• Produce construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, from the architectural models.
• Integrate architectural models with structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) models to ensure coordinated and clash-free designs.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Stay current with advancements in modeling software and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve modeling processes and project outcomes.
• Maintain and organize model files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all project stakeholders.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural modeling, preferably with experience in data center projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling and documentation.
