We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our team at IPM Professional Services Sdn Bhd, a leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy firm in Puchong, Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating civil and structural design calculations, conducting structural analyses, and ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and codes. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients, project stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure effective project execution, as well as providing technical advice and innovative solutions to meet project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and prepare civil and structural design drawings, technical reports, design calculations, specifications, bills of quantities, and work schedules.

• Attend consultant meetings, site meetings, and site inspections.

• Liaise with government agencies for submission approvals.

• Oversee project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.

• Collaborate and interact with construction teams, associates, and other project stakeholders.

• Adhere to the company’s best practices, standards, and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Proficient in CAD, MiTS, Prota, Esteem, MS Office and related software.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa.

• Possess a valid driving license and the ability to drive.

• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.

• Adaptable, independent, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, diligent, and a team player committed to achieving common goals.

• Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing multiple activities.

• Willing to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects on time.

• Professional, courteous, patient, and enthusiastic in all tasks.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
