1.   Carry out daily operation matters such as incoming raw material inspection, in-process and outgoing quality monitoring and outgoing process quality monitoring

2.   Carry out internal shelf-life monitoring for internal control study and customer complaint simulation test as and when required.

3.   Complete monitoring task as listed in FoodDocs.

4.   Complete monthly calibration for small weighing scales that are being used on site.

5.   Assist in investigation of any customer complaints and internal non-compliances.

6.   Assist in monitoring and ensuring that the corrections and corrective actions are implemented.

7.   Prepare certificate of analysis (COA) according to customer’s requirements.

8.   Undertake any tasks assigned by superior.
