Full Time Quantity Surveyor (Precast) Jobs, in UTRACON Johor Bahru - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for pre and cost-contract QS services

• Handle Interim and final payment claims and feedback comments to payment response to Management

• Responsible for quantities taking-offs working out variations claim, verifying measurements with the client

• Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients & subcontractors

• Monitor project phasing and payments

• Preparing & revision of Construction Programmes & follow up delay claim.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Quantity Survey / Building Management or equivalent.

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Precast Industry).

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Negotiation with subcontractors regarding the rate and make recommendations.

• Empower to discuss contractual matters with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients and make recommendations to the Head of Department.

• Able to work under tight schedules to meet datelines

• Ability to work independently & attention to details
