Your Day-To-Day :

1. Vendor Management

• Monitor the performance of 9 trailer vendor companies

• Check a Google Sheet containing vendor performance data

• Track any backlogs in deliveries or collections

• Update and manage systems related to vendor management (CMS & TMS)

• Attend bi-weekly/monthly meetings with the vendors

• Assist adhoc request that related to the vendor management issue

2. Puspakom

• Review and process daily listings

• Submit a weekly bundle of listings

• System update related to Puspokom
  

Your Know-How

• Good command in English & B. Malaysia.

• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

• Skill(s): PowerPoint, Word, & Excel

• Excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills

• Fast Learner
