Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order processing.
  • Support price negotiation with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and value-for-money outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval limits, and internal controls.
  • Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships, including handling escalations and service issues.
  • Assist in print room management, including coordination of print jobs, vendor oversight, and ensuring service levels are met.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on procurement activities, including exception monitoring and cost tracking.
  • Support audit requirements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
  • Handle KM copier helpdesk enquiries to ensure staff are able to carry out printing smoothly.
  • Participate in and support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Relevant experience in procurement or vendor management
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of procurement controls and compliance requirements
