JOB VACANCY: TERMINAL ASSISTANT (TICKETING COUNTER)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle ferry ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and refunds

• Assist passengers with schedules, fares, and boarding information

• Operate ticketing systems, POS machines, and manage cash transactions

• Verify tickets and passenger details

• Prepare daily sales reports and ensure cash reconciliation

• Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth terminal operations

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Experience in ticketing or customer service is an advantage
