What you'll be doing

• Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and general office organisation
• Providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements
• Assisting with the coordination of various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
• Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Own transport
