Transportation Duties

Personal Driver Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive the employer to and from destinations, including work, appointments, meetings, and social engagements.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic delays when possible.
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs based on the employer’s schedule.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-fueled, and in excellent working condition.
• Schedule routine servicing, oil changes, tire checks, and other necessary repairs.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Errands and Deliveries

• Run personal errands for the employer as needed (e.g., grocery shopping, picking up packages).
• Deliver or pick up items on behalf of the employer in a timely and secure manner.

Safety and Confidentiality

• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times by following all traffic laws and driving responsibly.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all aspects of the employer's life and personal affairs.

Schedule Coordination

• Coordinate with the employer or assistant to stay updated on daily itineraries and travel needs.
• Adjust plans quickly and professionally in response to changes in the schedule or unforeseen events.

Professional Appearance and Conduct

• Dress appropriately and maintain a polite, professional demeanor.
• Represent the employer in a respectful and courteous manner when interacting with others.

Job Type: Full-time
