Tanggungjawab

Administrative & Office Management

  • Handle general administrative and office support duties.
  • Manage communications, documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office facilities, supplies, assets, and related operational matters.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties as required.

Records & Compliance Management

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing, record retention, and document control.
  • Assist in matters relating to licenses, permits, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of company assets and operational records.

Operational Support

  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and special projects.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
