Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO) and following up with suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier and product records.
• Assist in processing invoices, billing, and related documentation.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Assist in creating product codes and maintaining system data.
• Handle filing, data entry, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports and documents as required.
• Support daily operational and office administration activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
