Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible, professional, and service-oriented individual to support daily transportation operations for a multinational corporate office. Provide reliable transportation services for business operations, including staff and guest movements, while maintaining high standards of safety, punctuality, and professionalism. This position is offered on an Outsourced 1-year Contract basis.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, management, and guests to and from meetings, events, conferences/seminars, business trips, and other assigned destinations in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspection and maintenance checks regularly, and report any issues promptly.
• Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic conditions, weather, and road closures to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records of travel schedules, destinations, mileage, fuel, tolls, and related expenses.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring passengers’ comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
• Strictly comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety requirements.
• Support other transportation or administrative duties assigned by the company when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Proven working experience as a corporate driver, personal driver, or in a similar driving role.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and major routes.
• Familiar with navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps.
• Punctual, reliable, responsible, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
• Able to handle confidential matters with discretion.

• Candidates residing within or nearby the North-West area of Kuala Lumpur (e.g. Ampang, Batu Caves, Sungai Buloh, and surrounding areas) are encouraged to apply for operational convenience and response efficiency.
