Location: Ampang

Reports To: Operations Manager
Supervises: Part-Time Service Crew

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests while contributing to the overall profitability, efficiency, and reputation of the establishment.

You will lead by example, drive team performance, ensure adherence to operational standards, and play a pivotal role in achieving both service and financial KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of front-of-house operations
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, resolving any concerns promptly and professionally
• Lead and motivate part-time service staff, especially during peak periods
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality
• Promote menu items and specials to drive upselling and increase average customer spend
• Support cost control efforts and monitor efficient use of resources
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations
• Complete administrative tasks and reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment for all team members
• Act as a liaison between front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the F&B industry preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a hands-on attitude
• Willing to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Must possess a valid Malaysian IC
