Tanggungjawab

  • Source, purchase, and monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment required for business operations.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and supplier documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any delivery or supply issues.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules.
  • Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Maintain proper purchasing, inventory, and logistics records and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in cost control by comparing supplier quotations and negotiating competitive pricing where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Prepare purchasing and inventory reports as required by Management.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company that are related to purchasing, logistics, and business operations.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
