Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Customer Service Admin Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in TT Freight Group. Sdn. Bhd. Subang Jaya - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory
• Process customer orders accurately in the system (ERP/WMS) and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and shipment scheduling
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers
• Handle complaints, returns, and service issues, ensuring proper resolution or escalation
• Prepare and verify documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and packing lists
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions
• Liaise with internal departments (operations, transport, sales) to resolve discrepancies
• Track and manage pending, delayed, or cancelled orders
• Support reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) on customer service and operations

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination and time management abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
