Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive who will not only oversee warehouse operations but also serve as a key point of contact for customer service inquiries. This hybrid role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless supply chain and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels for efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping based on priority and delivery schedules.
• Monitor warehouse space and layout for optimal use.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance in the warehouse.
• Support cycle counts and full inventory audits.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Process returns or exchanges as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move items as required.
