Job Descriptions

  • Handle general administrative duties and clerical support.
  • To be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Responsible for front desk functions and guest reception.
  • Coordinate for sales counter services and arrange for dispatch schedule.
  • Responsible to receive and distribute all documents, correspondences and faxes.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM Qualification.
  • Basic Computer skills.
