Qualifications
- Bachelor degree/ Diploma
- Around 1- 3 years of experience in Ticketing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Knowledge of relevant computer systems
Skills and Requirements
- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
- Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents
- Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs
- Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
- Process ticket changes and refunds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
- Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software, and basic office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as travel schedules demand
- Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaint.
