Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation: review and scrutinise tender docs, understand client needs, prepare compliant bids.
• Manage costing & supplier quotations: obtain vendor quotes, evaluate, and negotiate for competitive pricing.
• Conduct site visits: take measurements, prepare layouts, GA drawings, and proposal documentation using AutoCAD.
• Manage basic engineering inputs (layouts, PFDs, equipment sizing).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial EPCC projects (coal, port, cement plants).
• Proven track record in tendering, costing, supplier management, and project execution.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and client specifications.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong costing and estimation skills.
• Excellent technical writing and proposal presentation ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and costing tools.
• Commercial acumen with supplier/vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
