Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility maintenance and engineering operations.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure timely closure of work orders.
• Maintain facility assets, equipment records, licenses, and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and regulatory requirements (DOSH, DOE, ST, CKAP, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, policies, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor maintenance performance, documentation, and reporting.
• Support repair, renovation, and improvement projects.
• Promote a strong safety culture and service excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, consultancy, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of facility maintenance and asset management.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and able to manage maintenance records and reports.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital facilities is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
