• Assist Demi Chef / Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations at the clubhouse.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning, as well as assisting in the preparation of ingredients for staff meals at the staff canteen, restaurant, and café.
• Cook and plate food items under supervision according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures in compliance with food safety and Halal requirements.
• Report any shortages, damages, or safety issues to the superior immediately.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
