Role: SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for a Software and Applications Manager to plan, execute, and oversee software projects from start to finish. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution

Track project progress and manage schedules, resources, and risks

Communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders and management

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery

Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date

Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned after completion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Engineering, Business, IT, etc.)

Proven experience as a Applications Manager or Project Manager handling software applications delivery in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Good communication and leadership abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus
