Salary : $2800 - $4200

Working hours: Mon to Friday 9.00am to 6pm,

Saturday 9.00am to 1pm,

Location: Pioneer  

We are construction metal / aluminum/ stainless steel /glass fabrication and installation works company .Now looking QuantitySurveying who experienced in Metal Works /structural steel / stainless steeland aluminium architectural works for Condos & Residence & HDB buildingproject.

SCOPEOF WORK:

Job Description:

• To perform the quotation for process, including taking off, pricing, clarification, filling

• Reviews quotation documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements.
• Responsible for the details and accurate quantity taking off, details measurements for all projects.
• Material ordering, budget tracking on quantity for main materials
• Analysis of price comparison, and updating pre & post quotation clarifications
• To call customer for awarded projects from project information to participate in their ongoing projects.
• To handle monthly progress claim, payment response and VO from main con
• Ensure proper documentation of all records and claims be submit on time
• To handle of oversea and local order materials and monitor and ensure delivery materials to site.
• Work closely with the project team and superior in the analysis, evaluation, and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely submit to main contractor.
• Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project for submission of retention claim.
• Finalize main contract and subcontract's final account
• Attendance to project & site meeting when require.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
• Good with figures and an eye for details.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about construction materials and procurement methods.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Building Construction Works, Singapore Contracts Law and regulations will be an added advantage.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work schedule
