Job Description:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beauty salon and spa, ensuring smooth workflow, good customer service, proper staff arrangement, and compliance with company procedures. The role includes supervising beauty therapists, spa therapists, and other salon staff to ensure services are delivered professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the beauty salon and spa.

2. Arrange staff duty roster, work schedules, and daily task allocation.

3. Monitor staff performance and ensure all beauty and spa services are provided according to company standards.

4. Attend to customers’ enquiries, appointments, complaints, and service feedback professionally.

5. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, products, and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.

6. Assist in managing stock levels for beauty products, skincare products, spa supplies, and other consumables.

7. Train and guide staff on service procedures, customer service standards, hygiene, and workplace safety.

8. Ensure compliance with company rules, hygiene requirements, and relevant workplace safety procedures.

9. Assist management in sales promotion, customer retention, and daily administrative duties.

10. Prepare daily reports, sales records, staff attendance records, and operational updates when required.

11. Handle any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in beauty salon, spa, wellness, or customer service operations.

2. Able to supervise and coordinate staff effectively.

3. Good communication and customer service skills.

4. Basic knowledge of beauty, spa, skincare, or wellness services will be an advantage.

5. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours when required.

6. Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
