Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience in premium restaurants, luxury hotels, or private households.
• Strong expertise in both International and Asian cuisines.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, food presentation, and cooking methods.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand and anticipate employer preferences.
