Black Kylin Investment Pte Ltd, a dynamic firm in the private equity and investment management space, is looking for a proactive and dependable Admin Executive to support our growing operations. If you are organized, resourceful, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management
• Manage office supplies, pantry items, and ensure smooth office operations
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment
• Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping with accuracy
• Assist with procurement tasks, including sourcing and quotation comparison
• Welcome and attend to office visitors, deliveries, and general enquiries
• Perform occasional driving duties (e.g. document delivery, errands, operational support)
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience (corporate environment preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with a hands-on and proactive mindset
• Singapore Citizen or PR only
