Full Time Assistant Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects deliverables
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, risks and compliance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standard.
• Manage change request, claims and project documentation.
• Source for new projects  
• Compliance of Workplace, Safety and Health regulations (WSH)
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates
• Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and report variances
• Prepare bills of quantities (BQs), tender documentation, and cost breakdowns.
• Evaluate costing and tenders, negotiate costing and recommend awards.
• Certify contractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Track project expenditures and billings.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in project management and quantity surveying
• Sound knowledge of cost management, contracts and tendering procedures
• Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team for project works
• Able to work and deliver under tight timeline and pressure.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
