What You'll Do:

Duties could range from the following:

1. Carry out network LV switching for cable / equipment maintenance and replacement (OGB and LVB)
2. Carry out network LV switching for LV cable diversion works, relocation of overhead pole/ cable/ stay wire/ strut pole, relocation of over-ground box/ block service and decommissioning of substation
3. Attend to adhoc request for verification of decommissioned/ unknown cable, termination/ cut-off and pot-end service cable
4. Issue requisition / return vouchers / installation orders for equipment / works order / completion certificate / takeover certificates for assigned jobs
5. Updated maintenance records in the NMACS and FLINS
6. Attend to customers complaints & feedbacks and/or equipment alarm and fault
7. Perform site management and supervise contractors
8. Assist Senior Officers in carrying out HV works
9. Perform standby duty during and after-office hours for network incidents

What You'll Need:

1. Diploma in relevant Engineering field from any of the recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
2. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in power related fields is preferred
3. Knowledge in electrical low voltage network would be an advantage
4. Timeliness and good management of multiple tasks
5. Able to work independently and as a team member
6. Good observation and analytical skills
7. Responsible and take ownership of tasks assigned
8. Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary
9. Preferably someone who have their own transportation
