About the Company

The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all operations, maintenance, monitoring, performance optimization, and after-sales service activities for the Company's solar PV portfolio. The role ensures maximum system performance, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and profitability of O&M contracts across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar projects.

About the Role

The O&M Manager oversees maintenance teams, subcontractors, monitoring systems, service delivery standards, asset performance, budgeting, and strategic planning to ensure all solar assets achieve optimum energy generation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum system performance and operational reliability.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee O&M contracts profitability.
• Manage maintenance teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor service delivery standards and asset performance.
• Handle budgeting and strategic planning.

Qualifications
