The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation.
Responsibility is to lead the design, development & lifecycle of the Bank's deposits portfolio - to deliver products that are commercially viable, customer relevant, Shariah compliant and aligned with BSN's financial inclusion mandate, risk appetite and BNM regulatory requirementals.
You need to author and review business case proposals, business requirements and supporting documentation for new and enhanced products.
On system support, you will thoroughly analyze each application and requirement for new product development, enhancement or variations, encompassing campaigns lead by Business Units.
Oversee the development of detailed test plan and scripts for UAT, ensure its follow through with timely closure.
To succeed in the role above, you will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Stakeholder management is key to ensure successful coordination and synchronization of initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Banking background is preferred
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
