Job Summary

As a Front-End / Full Stack Developer at BT Automation, you will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly digital solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular to deliver seamless user experiences
• Apply graphic design principles to enhance user interface aesthetics and usability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and gather technical and business requirements for effective solution design
• Advise clients on industry best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes
• Support implementation activities including troubleshooting, system administration, patching, and upgrades to ensure application stability
• Continuously update technical skills by researching and adopting new technologies relevant to development projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered
• Experience in front-end or full stack development, preferably 2+ years; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams
• Proactive and resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations
