• Responsible for daily accounting and financial data entry.

• Assist in processing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment records.

*

• Assist with bank reconciliation and fund management.

*

• Organize and archive financial documents, contracts, and related materials.

*

• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly financial reports.

*

• Cooperate with audits, tax filing, and financial compliance work.

*

• Assist in processing employee expense reimbursements and expense review.

*

• Complete other financial and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
