Tanggungjawab
- To prepare 2D engineering drawing using ACAD or similar 2D software
- To update the technical details to the system
- To assist in scanning and uploading of document
- To assist in handling of customer feedback and complains case
- To update the case to Customer Service Portal
- To follow up with the case until closure
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in engineering drawing
- Experience in handling of customer service
- Good communication skills in writing
- Fast and independent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
