Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end live streaming sessions including scheduling, slot booking, and platform registration
- Prepare and verify pre-live materials such as product listings, pricing, vouchers, banners, and live overlays
- Coordinate stock readiness, pricing alignment, and campaign setup with internal teams
- Support hosts with scripts, product information, talking points, and backend assistance during live sessions
- Monitor live performance including viewers, GMV, CTR, conversion rate, and drop-off rate
- Provide real-time troubleshooting during live sessions
- Prepare post-live reports and performance analysis
- Coordinate with platform PICs for campaign slots, marketing placements, and campaign execution
- Support major campaign execution during double dates, payday sales, and platform mega-campaigns
- Improve operational SOPs to increase efficiency and live performance
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce operations, or related role
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada LIVE is preferred
- Familiar with live backend tools, campaign setup, vouchers, stock coordination, and live dashboards
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and stock monitoring
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
