Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the building
Monitor and manage HT/LV electrical systems in compliance with regulations
Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Attend to electrical faults and emergency breakdowns
Liaise with contractors and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
Maintain proper records and reports of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements

Requirements:

Possess a valid A4 Chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in property/building management
Good knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and safety practices
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to be on standby when required

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
