About the role

Perfect Packaging Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated and organised Production Admin to join their dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Kapar, Selangor, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the production department.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate production records and data entry
• Coordinating with production team to schedule and monitor job progress
• Preparing production reports and KPI dashboards
• Assisting with inventory management and material ordering
• Providing administrative support to the production manager and team
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or production support role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with production processes and inventory management is an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
