Position: Full Stack Python Developer

Industry: Manufacturing

Tenure: 12-Months Contract (Renewable)

Working Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend services and agentic workflows for the AI platform
• Build stateful, multi-step LLM pipelines and orchestration logic
• Design, optimize, and maintain retrieval and scoring systems
• Debug production issues using logs, traces, and system behavior
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI-driven solutions
• Implement incremental changes with strong testing and validation practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in Python development
• Strong in advanced Python (clean code, async, scalable systems)
• Experience building backend APIs (FastAPI preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications
• Familiar with workflow orchestration (e.g., LangGraph or similar concepts)
• Experience with Docker and basic infrastructure setup

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RAG, embeddings, or search systems
• Familiar with Redis or similar tools
• Basic frontend skills (HTML, JavaScript)
