Site Supervisor (Construction)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site personnel.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimize project delays.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.
• CIDB Green Card is an advantage.

Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month (based on experience)
