• Support daily administrative and operational activities, including data management, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with seller onboarding and offboarding processes, including information collection, account setup, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Support listing management activities, including updating product information, pricing, and stock details based on business requirements.
• Coordinate device management activities, including device arrangement, shipment coordination, and troubleshooting support with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in any field is preferred, Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with high commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in data entry, documentation, or record-keeping is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
