Job Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support software implementation and system enhancement projects.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) reports, and presentations.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and issue tracking.
- Conduct market and industry research to support business initiatives.
- Support project coordination and progress tracking.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of business processes, software systems, or data analysis is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering and documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to perform gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, data analysis, or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test cases, and issue tracking.
- Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Inventory, or other business systems.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, *************, Lucidchart, Visio, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
